Who We Are
OMSA Pillar Astex Company Limited (OPAC Refineries) is a wholly privately owned indigenous company, duly incorporated in Nigeria to refine crude oil and supply clean fuels across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
We are the owners and operators of a 10,000 barrels-per-day modular refinery located in Umuseti, Kwale, Delta State, Nigeria. Our expansion plan will increase the plant’s capacity to 60,000 barrels per day and will also involve the establishment of modular refineries near onshore marginal fields across Nigeria. OPAC Refineries, through its partners, is equipped with the technical expertise to sustain its market leadership in providing modular refineries and storage facilities for refined petroleum products.
