Our team represents a collective wealth of knowledge and expertise, with over three decades of combined experience navigating the intricacies of the oil and gas industry.

Momoh-Jimah Oyarekhua is the Founder and MD of OMSA Integrated Services and Chairman of OPAC Refineries. With over 30 years of experience in oilfield support services, he is a prominent figure in Nigeria’s petroleum and bunker fuel industry. In 2017, he led the investment in OPAC Refineries, Nigeria’s first modular refinery, highlighting his commitment to local capacity development and improved petroleum product availability.
Alexander Novikov serves as the Managing Director of OPAC Refineries, where he played a pivotal role in supervising the construction, installation, and commissioning of the refinery. He continues to oversee plant operations and production, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Engr. Moses has over 25 years of experience in oil and gas operations, EPC project delivery, and technical leadership, having held senior roles such as Group Technical Director and Executive Director Operations. He has led large teams and delivered complex projects across Nigeria and West Africa, with expertise in well testing, completions, EPC execution, and asset management, alongside a strong track record in driving operational excellence and expanding service capabilities.
Jimmy is an Audit, Risk Management, Control, Compliance and Finance Professional with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of Industries both local and international including oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream, real estate, port operations, logistics, transport, courier, professional bodies, consultancy, haulage, agriculture and hospitality. He is an Advisory Council Member to the global Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) with headquarters in Texas, USA. He holds an HND in Accounting, an MBA in Management and Leadership from the Management University of Africa, Nairobi Kenya. He is a Fellow of CILRM, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA), an ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 Lead Implementer, a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), an ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity Assessment Professional, a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) USA/Nigeria, an ITILv4 Foundation professional and Certificates in Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Accounting Level 1 & 2 from MDT International, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Gideon is the Head of Refinery Operations at OPAC Refineries Limited, having joined in 2018 as a QA/QC Coordinator during the EPCIC phase. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Spanning Engineering, QA/QC, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management. He began his career with Dorman Long Engineering Limited and later worked with Baywood Continental Limited and Energy Works Technology Limited (Nestoil Group), where he advanced to QA/QC Manager and contributed to the successful delivery of Shell’s K2S Gas Pipeline Project. He holds a B.Eng. in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, is affiliated with several professional bodies, and has completed various local and international leadership and technical trainings.
Cornelius is a seasoned accountant with over 15 years of experience across various sectors of the Nigerian economy. His expertise includes business strategy, working capital management, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, inventory management, and risk management. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Ifeanyichukwu Chukwumah is an experienced HSE professional with over 15 years in the oil and gas industry, specializing in process safety, refinery operations, and environmental compliance. He began his career at Nigeria LNG and has supported major projects including gas turbine installation and refinery shutdowns. He holds a B.Sc. in Physiology/Pharmacology, M.Sc. in Occupational Health and Safety Management, and an MBA, along with NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. He is a member of ASSP and ISPON. Since joining OPAC Refineries in 2020 and becoming Head of HSE in 2023, he has led the development of the refinery’s HSE framework, supported startup and commissioning activities, and ensured regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture.
Adebola is the Head of HR & Admin at OMSA Integrated Services with over 10 years of experience, including leadership roles in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors. She specializes in talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, and workplace culture. She holds a Master’s in International HR Management and several professional certifications, including PHRi (HRCi) and ACIPM.
The Head of Community Relations and Utilities holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan. He has a successful track record in both the private and public sectors in Nigeria and abroad. While in Russia for 16 years, he was a successful businessman and helped organize the Nigerian community in Moscow, facilitating relationships with the Embassy and the Russian Federation.
Engr. Victor has over 18 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance leadership, and asset management within the oil and gas, EPC, and industrial sectors. He has held key roles managing large teams, implementing preventive maintenance systems, and supporting major operations with strong safety standards. He is skilled in SAP (PM), CMMS, and asset lifecycle management, with expertise in commissioning, root cause analysis, and maintenance optimization, and is a COREN-registered engineer and member of NSE and NiMechE.
Ernest Ikogwe, Chief Security Officer, is a highly experienced security professional with 35 years in the Nigeria Police Force, during which he held key intelligence and anti-crime roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s in International History and Diplomacy from the University of Benin. He has received multiple commendations for his service, including a special promotion for outstanding crime-fighting.
